No Return Policy
Due to the sensitive nature of pharmaceutical products and regulatory requirements, we do not accept returns for any goods once shipped—regardless of reason.
This includes all generic and branded medicines, APIs, specialty products, and bulk/batch shipments.
Returns are strictly not permitted. Once shipped, orders are considered final and non-returnable under all circumstances.
No Refund Policy
Refunds are not provided for any shipped product, including cases of delayed delivery, customs delays, change-of-mind, or dissatisfaction with the product.
All sales are considered final after shipment. No financial compensation, reversal, or credit will be issued for products once they leave our warehouse/export facility.
