What is Bosutris 100 Tablet?
Bosutris 100 Tablet is an anti-cancer medicine manufactured by Mylan Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. (A Viatris Company), India. Each tablet contains Bosutinib 100mg as the active ingredient. It is supplied in a bottle of 120 tablets and is indicated for the treatment of Philadelphia chromosome-positive Chronic Myeloid Leukemia (Ph+ CML) in adult patients — both newly diagnosed and those resistant or intolerant to prior CML therapies.

How Does Bosutris 100 Work?
Bosutinib is a tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) that works by blocking the action of abnormal BCR-ABL proteins. These proteins drive the uncontrolled growth of leukemic cells. By inhibiting this pathway, Bosutris 100 slows down cancer cell multiplication and helps control the spread of Chronic Myeloid Leukemia.

• CP Ph+ CML resistant or intolerant to prior TKI therapy

Dosage & Administration
Bosutris 100 Tablet should be taken as directed by your oncologist. Swallow the tablet whole — do not chew, crush, or break it. May be taken with or without food. The standard adult dose for newly diagnosed CP CML is 400mg once daily; for resistant/intolerant patients, 500mg once daily. The 100mg strength is used for dose adjustments and titration as prescribed.

Common Side Effects
Diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, headache, cough, breathlessness, anemia, low platelet count, decreased white blood cells, elevated liver enzymes, nasopharyngitis, and respiratory tract infections.

Important Precautions
• Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding
• Avoid grapefruit and grapefruit juice (CYP3A4 interaction)
• Regular blood count and liver function monitoring required
• Inform your doctor of all concurrent medications
